Gary Dornhoefer

Gary "Dorny" Dornhoefer played 11 seasons (1967-1978) at Right Wing for the Flyers and was a member of the two Stanley Cup teams. His most memorable goal came in OT of a Quarterfinal Game 5 in 1973 against Minnesota. This goal clinched the series and the Flyers went on to win the Cup. A statue depicting this goal was put outside of the Spectrum. Gary was inducted into the Flyers Hall of Fame in 1991.
